Product Description

ABD is a specially developed diamond abrasive that agglomerates into spherical shapes, with a comprehensive coverage of cutting points and constantly forms new micro cutting edges during operation, with minimal scratches. At the same time, a larger particle size and its polycrystalline edge structure enable it to have higher cutting efficiency. The particle size and hardness can be customized according to processing requirements.
Compared to explosive polycrystalline diamond micro powder and quasi polycrystalline diamond micro powder, ABD is an ideal substitute. It has a higher roughness than polycrystalline diamond and also compensates for the irregular size of explosive polycrystalline diamond powder.

Features
Round shape, small cutting edge, less likely to cause deep scratches on the workpiece being processed
It has the isotropic properties of polycrystalline diamond, no fixed dissociation surface, and good particle wear resistance
The internal and external structures of spherical particles are consistent, with good self sharpness and stable cutting force

Application area
Diamond grinding fluid: used in conjunction with grinding skin to process hard and brittle materials such as sapphire chips, silicon carbide chips, functional ceramics, etc. Suitable specifications and particle sizes can be selected according to specific requirements
Diamond grinding pad: used in conjunction with cutting fluid to process hard and brittle materials such as microcrystalline glass cover plates, sapphire chips, silicon carbide chips, etc. Suitable specifications and particle sizes can be selected according to specific requirements
