The Basic Characteristics of Artificial Diamond

Artificial diamond is often a cube, octahedron, or a combination of the two; The color is often yellow or yellow brown, with common features such as color bands and metal inclusions inside. Unfused metal inclusions have needle like, sheet like, small columnar, or irregular appearances, giving synthetic diamonds a metallic luster, resulting in magnetism.
Synthetic diamonds usually have no fluorescence under long wavelength ultraviolet radiation, while they often exhibit yellow, greenish yellow, and orange yellow fluorescence under short wavelength. Synthetic diamonds exhibit characteristic band division under ultra short wavelength ultraviolet radiation or cathode ray, with different growth areas displaying different colored fluorescence bands. Artificial diamond is artificially synthesized in the laboratory and has the same physical properties, chemical composition, and crystal structure as natural diamonds. At present, the main methods for synthesizing gem grade diamonds are high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis (HPHT synthesis method) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD method).
With the development of high-tech industries and the advancement of traditional industrial technology worldwide, various new materials and processes have been widely applied in many important fields. Abrasive tools, as important engineering materials and main processing tools, have further demonstrated their importance and indispensability in technological progress. In the future, Xinrui Diamond Tools Company will continue to adhere to the company's development philosophy, seek survival through quality innovation, and seek development through integrity and pragmatism.
